Lisa Marley

Plant-based chef, nutrition coach & recipe creator

Lisa Marley is a popular plant-based chef, nutrition coach and television presenter. She cooks up flavorful, appetizing and modern plant-based recipes inspired by her love of food. To her, quality food isn't just a job: it's a way of life.

She trained as a pastry chef at Westminster Kingsway College and is Royal Society for Public health accredited level 4 nutrition coach. This unique blend of influences enables her to combine her ability to create mouthwatering recipes with a special focus to ensure that each dish she makes is not only nutritious but also delicious. Lisa has created recipes for various major publications and media platforms. In addition, she has performed professional demonstrations and product launches for many high-profile brands, including KitchenAid, Morphy Richards, Tesco Real Food, Britannia Living and many more.

Lisa's inspirational recipes have been featured in ELLE magazine, WW, Women's Health, Vegan Food and Living, Time Out, and Take a Break, to name a few. Cosmopolitan magazine regularly teams up with Lisa to offer their readers virtual plant-based masterclasses. As well as written articles, interviews and live demonstrations at food festivals, you can watch Lisa cooking her recipes live on the popular show 'Live from studio M' throughout the year. Appearing on Podcasts, live cook-alongs, and filming recipes are all part of her passion for food.

Another firm favorite is chocolate and baking. The Cocoa Box UK was set up by Lisa in 2008. The Cocoa Box teachers have taught over 90,000 guests the art of chocolate making and cake decorating. Currently, all the workshops are plant-based and are still as decadent, indulgent and delightful as ever. She has been working with the Cake & Bake show for the past eight years and loves nothing more than demoing and sharing her cake baking tips and recipes.

Lisa is proud to be an ambassador and trainer for ProVeg UK, helping schools across the UK improve the health of their pupils, save money and help the planet. She also works alongside ProVeg to support local authorities to achieve more sustainable, healthier, and cheaper school menus. As well as ProVeg, Love Food Hate Waste is an initiative close to her heart and working to encourage zero food waste to help slow down global warming is an important goal.
